Columbia College Campus Director Amy Ellisor reports that " at my first full cohort dinner meeting we talked about characteristics of effective educational leaders, brainstormed attributes and created a Leadership Word Cloud which we further developed into our CC Teaching Fellows Vision Statement.
CC's Teaching Fellows mission statement says, "As the Teaching Fellows of Columbia College, we strive to be confident, positive, and open minded individuals who inspire others through leadership and commitment to the profession."
