Education: Arthur L. Pinckney, a native Charleston, received a B.A. in Biology from the College of Charleston and a M.Ed. in Secondary Education from the University of South Carolina.
Experience: Arthur has worked at the South Carolina Student Loan Corporation as both a loan counselor and a Public Information Officer. Arthur taught sixth grade science at W.A. Perry Middle School in Richland County School District One and biology and environmental science at Airport High School in Lexington School District One.
CERRA: Arthur became involved with CERRA as a ProTeam teacher. He then became a Teacher In Residence for Region 3 (The Midlands) from 2003-2005. He later returned to CERRA in 2011 as a Program Facilitator for Region 3 and handles rural recruitment for the state.
