Education: Arthur L. Pinckney, a native of Charleston, received a B.A. in Biology from the College of Charleston and an M.Ed. in Secondary Education from the University of South Carolina.
Experience: Arthur has worked at the South Carolina Student Loan Corporation as both a loan counselor and a Public Information Officer. Arthur taught sixth-grade science at W.A. Perry Middle School in Richland County School District One and biology and environmental science at Airport High School in Lexington School District One.
CERRA: Arthur became involved with CERRA as a ProTeam teacher. He then became a Teacher In Residence for Region 3 (The Midlands) from 2003-2005. He later returned to CERRA in 2011 as a Program Facilitator for Region 3 and handles rural recruitment for the state.
