BY KAREN PACK ProTeam instructors Jocelyn Jones, Agnes Hamilton, and the guidance department accompanied both semester classes to visit USC Aiken, specifically the Education Department. They began their visit with a tour of the childcare facility where the students were able to interact with the children. From there, they visited the dorms and met with Teaching Fellows scholarship recipients. The ProTeamers were able to really learn about the Teaching Fellows Scholarship and also more about being successful in college. Dr. Beck, the Dean of the College of Education took the time to speak to the ProTeam classes! Their visit culminated by having lunch with the Teaching Fellows. During lunch, the Teaching Fellows rotated from table to table answering questions and interacting with the ProTeam students. Instructor, Agnes Hamilton summed up the experience by stating, "It was awesome!"
