National Board Score Release
Scores will be released on Saturday, December 10, 2022. This score release includes any candidates who submitted any components for initial certification and NBCTs who completed the Maintenance of Certification (MOC). Candidates will receive their scores when they sign into their accounts on National Board's website. The list of those who successfully achieved or maintained certification will not be made available with the state this week; candidates are entitled to a private release.
Those who were successful in achieving or maintaining their National Board Certification do not need to contact anyone at the state or submit a change of status with their certificate. This will be processed for them. If they did not agree to share their information with a third party, their information will be updated after those who did allow National Board to share their names as that information is received.
Customer Service Availability

National Board will have live Customer Service available this weekend from 10:00 am- 3:00 pm CT. Please understand that this will likely be a busy time for them with many communications coming into their various channels. They do, however, want to offer care and support this weekend! Some candidates may want additional support in understanding and interpreting their scores, and deciding upon next steps, especially component work and selection. They have resources here and a webinar planned to help candidates understand their scores.
