Education: Lindsay holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, along with a Master of Education in Reading Education and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Winthrop University.

Experience: With over 20 years of experience in education, Lindsay brings a comprehensive understanding of the educator pipeline, from classroom teaching to state-level leadership. Her career includes nine years as a K-12 educator, two years as an Education Associate at the South Carolina Department of Education, and nearly a decade in higher education, where she worked to prepare future educators and supported multiple learning initiatives. 

A passionate advocate for public education, Lindsay has collaborated on more than 100 publications, presentations, and workshops with state and national impact. Her work reflects a deep commitment to data-informed decision-making, educator leadership, and inclusive collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups.

CERRA: As Executive Director of CERRA, Lindsay oversees a statewide portfolio of innovative programs supporting teacher recruitment, retention, and advancement, including ProTeam, Teacher Cadets, Teaching Fellows, Mentoring and Induction, and National Board Certification support. She is honored to partner with a variety of key stakeholders such as state agencies, universities, school districts, and policymakers to strengthen South Carolina’s educator workforce.
