CERRA: ​Arlene serves as the Business Manager for CERRA, where she plays a vital role in ensuring that every aspect of the organization’s programs has the resources and support needed for success. She works diligently to make sure program leaders and staff have what they need to operate smoothly and effectively, helping each initiative reach its goals. In addition to her work across all programs, Arlene also serves as the Accounts Analyst for the Teaching Fellows Program, ensuring that financial operations and program needs are carefully managed and met.

Her dedication and expertise are essential to advancing CERRA’s mission of strengthening the education profession in South Carolina through teacher recruitment and retention efforts. Arlene’s contributions help ensure that CERRA’s vision, that the teacher recruitment and retention needs of South Carolina’s public school districts will be met, continues to move forward with excellence and impact.
