Education: Rona received an Associate of Arts degree (1992) and Associate of Science degree (2000) from Piedmont Technical College. She has also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Lander University and a Master of Science degree in Youth Development Leadership from Clemson University.
Experience: Neely taught for seven years in Laurens School District 56 (Clinton). During that time, she taught 4th - 5th grade (all subjects) and 6th -7th Math and Science. She also served as a Mentor Teacher. From 2010 - 2013, she taught 5th - 8th Math and Science (TAP Master Teacher) at Lead Academy Public Charter in Greenville County. Rona was also a 2008 South Carolina Honor Roll Teacher.
CERRA: Rona joined the staff at CERRA in 2014 and serves as a Pre-Collegiate Program Facilitator for Region 1, the Upstate.
