Local National Board Summit Recommendations Malia Dunn, a National Board Certified Teacher in Chesterfield County and former member of the CERRA Advisory Board, hosted the state's first-ever Local National Board Summit at Hartsville Middle School on September 29, 2007. NBCTs from surrounding counties attended the summit and generated recommendations pertinent to National Board Certified Teachers at the local level.
