The 2013 South Carolina Induction Symposium
Our first South Carolina Induction Symposium in 2012 was a huge success. This year, the Induction Symposium will be held July 10-11, 2013 at Meadow Glen Elementary School in Lexington, SC. The event, sponsored by CERRA and Newberry College RETAIN Center of Excellence, is designed to provide opportunities for beginning teachers to gather ideas and resources, network, and develop as a teacher leader. All sessions will be held on July 11th.

The 2012 South Carolina Induction Symposium
The 2012 South Carolina Induction Symposium, sponsored by CERRA, The Citadel's School of Education and Newberry College RETAIN Center of Excellence, was held on July 11th, 2012 in historic Charleston at the Citadel. The symposium was designed to provide opportunities for beginning teachers to gather ideas and resources, network with teacher leaders, and begin preparing for the new school year!
We hope to make this an annual event for educators who have completed their first year.
