Jasper County School District will conduct a Job Fair on Saturday, April 2, from 8 a.m until Noon. The event will be at the community room of Palmetto Electric Cooperative, 4063 Grays Highway (US 278), about three miles west of the Town of Ridgeland, SC. Administrative and teaching applications will be accepted. Jasper has two PreK through 12th grade complexes that opened in the fall of 2007. Greenville County Schools Shining Stars Teacher Recruiting Fair

The Shining Stars event is hosted each year by Greenville County Schools as a way in which candidates looking for teaching positions can meet Greenville County Schools’ principals and district staff. The event is held at the BiLo Center and offers candidates the opportunity to explore our district. The format for this year’s event will be as follows: Secondary, Middle School, and Special Area certified candidates will be interviewed in the morning beginning at 8:30 a.m. by principals and/or district staff. Early Childhood and Elementary candidates will be invited to the BiLo Center in the afternoon for a career fair. Early Childhood and Elementary candidates should arrive at the BiLo Center at 11:30 a.m. with resumes that they can distribute to the schools in which they choose to visit. Special Area certified candidates are identified as candidates holding K-12 certification (i.e. Art, Music, Foreign Language, etc.) For more information and to register for this event visit: www.greenville.k12.sc.us .
