The Center for Educator Recruitment, Retention, and Advancement (CERRA) welcomes you to the South Carolina Online Employment Application System. Through CERRA's website, you can have instant access to a statewide educator job bank, a common application that enables you to apply to any or all public school districts or special schools in the state, and much more.
Once you have created an account with the application system, you will be able to submit your information to a specific school district or special school or multiple districts or special schools.
To get started, you can either search our Job Bank for current vacancies to apply for or skip straight to the application to submit your information to a district or special school for future openings.
Important: In addition to your online application, you will need to submit the following documents ELECTRONICALLY.

Official transcripts - REQUIRED - These can be scanned and attached to your e-mail to us.

Letter of eligibility issued by the SC State Department of Education - If applicable (PACE, CATE, etc.)

Athletic resume - If you wish to be considered for a coaching assignment

Research School Districts - Learn about each public school district and special school in South Carolina.
District Application Log In - The South Carolina Online Employment Application and Job Bank System is designed to assist South Carolina public schools in their hiring efforts through the Office of Human Resources in each district. Public charter schools may participate in the system through their local sponsoring district, the South Carolina Public Charter School District (SCPCSD) or the Public Charter School Alliance of South Carolina (PCSASC).
District Job Bank Log In - The Job Bank has been redesigned and now allows each individual school district or special school to post, edit and remove vacancies.
